Implementation of the Ratified International Treaties of the Ministry of Industry and Trade
At Article 15 of Decision 3800/QD-BCT in 2018, provisions for the implementation of signed international treaties by the Ministry of Industry and Trade are as follows:
- Based on the functions, tasks, powers, and the actual situation of the units under the Ministry, the leading unit is responsible for proposing to the Ministry's leadership the assignment of implementing activities within the framework of the international treaty.
- The leading unit shall inform the relevant units of the negotiation results and the content of the international treaty for implementation.
- During the implementation of the international treaty, if complex issues arise or there is a need to adjust objectives, results, or budget, the leading unit is responsible for cooperating with the Ministry's Office and the coordinating units to report to the Ministry's leadership for consideration and decision on the handling plan.
