How to Submit and Resolve Applications for Extending the Duration of Marine Area Usage?

According to Clause 3, Article 20 of Decree 11/2021/ND-CP (Effective from March 30, 2021), the content is regulated as follows:

The submission and processing of the dossier are carried out as follows:

- Within no more than 03 working days from the date of completion of the dossier appraisal, the appraisal agency shall be responsible for submitting the dossier to the competent authority for the extension of the sea area allocation period;

- Within no more than 05 working days from the date the appraisal agency submits the dossier, the competent authority for the extension of the sea area usage period shall consider and issue a decision on the sea area allocation. In case a decision is not issued, a written response indicating the reasons must be provided.
