How is Technology Understood According to New Regulations?

Technology is a solution, process, or know-how, with or without accompanied tools and means, used to transform resources into products.

- New technology is technology created or applied for the first time in Vietnam or worldwide, possessing a higher level than the current technology of the same type in Vietnam, environment-friendly, applicable in practice, and capable of enhancing productivity and product quality.
