How is Advanced Technology Defined Under the New Regulations?
The definition of advanced technology is stipulated in Clause 3, Article 2 of the Law on Technology Transfer 2017, whereby:
Advanced technology is technology with a higher level of sophistication than the existing technologies of the same type in Vietnam, has been applied in practice, enhances productivity, product quality outstandingly, and is environmentally friendly.
