How are counterfeit stamps, labels, and packaging for goods regulated?
According to Clause 8, Article 3 of Decree 98/2020/ND-CP (effective from October 15, 2020), regulations on counterfeit stamps, labels, and packaging of goods are as follows:
Counterfeit stamps, labels, and packaging of goods include decals, product labels, packaging of goods, various types of quality stamps, quality seals, origin tracking stamps, warranty cards, shrink-wrapped goods, or other items belonging to businesses or individuals with counterfeit indications of the name, address of another organization or individual; counterfeit trade names, product names, barcodes, registration numbers, publication numbers of goods or packaging of goods belonging to another organization or individual.
