Food Ingredients and Additives Not Required to Have Additional Labeling
Based on Point b Clause 5 Article 8 of Decree 43/2017/ND-CP, the regulations are as follows:
The following goods are not required to have secondary labels:
- Imported components to replace damaged components in the warranty service of goods by the organization or individual responsible for such goods, not for sale in the market;
- Food raw materials, additives, food processing aids, imported components for production, not for sale in the market.
Therefore, the requirement to not have secondary labels only applies to food raw materials and additives for food processing, not for sale in the market.
