Electricity Prices in Industrial Zones Purchasing from the National Grid System Regulations

Electricity sale price at industrial zones purchasing electricity from the national power system is regulated in Clause 6, Article 1 of Circular 06/2021/TT-BCT. To be specific:

Retail electricity units at industrial zones combining the purchase of electricity from the national power system simultaneously with other electricity sources (on-site power plants; purchasing electricity from on-site sources such as wind power, solar power, biomass power) to retail electricity to customers using electricity in the industrial zone are responsible for developing an electricity sale price proposal for customer categories using electricity in the area to submit to the Department of Industry and Trade for appraisal, which is then submitted to the People's Committee of the province or city for annual approval.
