Based on Clause 6, Article 9 of Decree 10/2020/ND-CP, it is stipulated that: Freight vehicles engaged in the business of freight transport and cargo taxis must have the label "XE TAI" and it must be affixed permanently on the right side of the inside of the front windshield of the vehicle; all relevant information must be posted on the vehicle as instructed by the Minister of Transportation.
Thus, the "XE TAI" label is issued to units engaged in the business of freight transport, which your family does not engage in. Therefore, your family does not need to affix the "XE TAI" label.
