Documents, Vouchers, and Seals of Legal Entities Temporarily Held: Where Are They Kept?
Pursuant to Clause 3, Article 38 of Decree 44/2020/ND-CP (Effective from June 01, 2020) stipulating:
- Documents, vouchers, electronic data-containing devices, and seals of the commercial legal entity which are sealed, temporarily seized, or retrieved shall be stored at the competent criminal execution agency and must be kept intact throughout the temporary seizure period.
- Documents, vouchers, and electronic data-containing devices of the commercial legal entity which are sealed must be kept confidential by the competent criminal execution agency and the persons involved in the sealing.
=> Accordingly, pursuant to the above stipulations, documents, vouchers, and seals of the legal entity, after being temporarily seized, will be stored at the competent criminal execution agency, and this agency is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information related to those documents and vouchers.
