Definition of High Technology According to Current Regulations
The definition of high technology is stipulated in Clause 6, Article 2 of the Technology Transfer Law 2017, according to which:
High technology is a technology with a high content of scientific research and technology development; integrated from modern scientific and technological achievements; creates products with superior quality, features, high added value, and is environmentally friendly; and plays an important role in the formation of new production and service industries or the modernization of existing production and service industries.
