Contract for the Sale and Purchase of Fuel (Coal, Natural Gas, LNG)
Based on Clause 15, Article 2 of Circular 57/2020/TT-BCT, the regulations are as follows:
- Fuel purchase contracts (coal, natural gas, LNG) are agreements between the Electricity Generation Unit and the Fuel Trading Unit to supply fuel for the power plant, concluded in accordance with current regulations, ensuring a legal fuel source, competitive price, and transparency.
