Bars Allowed to Operate Until 3 AM?
According to Article 8 of Decree 54/2019/ND-CP stipulating the responsibilities of enterprises and business households when operating dance club services as follows:
In addition to the responsibilities stipulated in Article 6 of this Decree, enterprises or business households are responsible for:
- Not operating from 2:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
- Not providing dance club services to individuals under 18 years old.
- In the case of having a performing arts program, it must comply with legal regulations on performing arts.
Thus, the bar is only allowed to operate from 8:00 AM to 2:00 AM the next day according to current regulations.
