The Company/Organization commits to comply with all technical regulations on processes and methods of appraisal of greenhouse gas emission mitigation prescribed by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and relevant field management ministries; Develop, implement and maintain a quality assurance and quality control program appropriate to the scope of appraisal activities. The organization is fully responsible before Vietnamese law if it violates regulations on requirements for appraisal units.
