Updating, Backing up, and Restoring Information System Software in the Natural Resources and Environment Sector

According to Clauses 6, 7, and 8, Article 11 of Circular 20/2019/TT-BTNMT, regulations on updating, backing up, and restoring information system software in the natural resources and environment sector are specified. To be specific:

- Updating

Draft a plan and notify the relevant departments;

Back up necessary data;

Proceed with the service update;

Check the operation after updating.

Draft a backup plan.

Check and identify the contents that need backup.

Conduct the backup.

Check the integrity and completeness of the backups.

Draft a data recovery plan;

Check the system;

Conduct the restoration;

Check the service operation after the restoration.
