Where Can the Announcement of Asset Auction Be Viewed?

Based on Article 35 of the 2016 Law on Property Auction, the regulations for posting announcements of property auctions are as follows:

For movable property, the auction organization must post the announcement at its headquarters, the location where the property is displayed (if any), and the auction venue at least 7 working days before the auction date;

For immovable property, the auction organization must post the announcement at its headquarters, the auction venue, and the People’s Committee of the commune where the immovable property is located at least 15 days before the auction date.

Thus, for movable auction items, the auction organization must post the announcement at its headquarters, the location where the property is displayed (if any), and the auction venue; for immovable auction items, the announcement must be posted at its headquarters, the auction venue, and the People’s Committee of the commune where the auctioned immovable property is located.

Depending on whether the auctioned property is immovable or movable, the announcement can be viewed at one of the aforementioned locations.
