What is the construction bid price package?
Recently, I have come into contact with several documents related to construction. I have the above query and hope to receive feedback from the Editorial Board.According to Clause 1, Article 14 of Circular 09/2019/TT-BXD, it is stipulated:
The construction package price is the entirety of the costs necessary to implement the package, including: direct costs, indirect costs, taxable income calculated in advance, taxes, fees as prescribed by law, and contingency costs for arising volumes, contingency for price escalation factors for the workloads within the scope of the package as approved in the contractor selection plan.
