What is an International Conference and Seminar?
Based on Article 2 of Decision 06/2020/QD-TTg (effective from April 15, 2020), the regulations are as follows:
“International conferences and seminars” are conferences and seminars with foreign elements, held in the form of direct meetings within the territory of Vietnam, or online with at least one link within the territory of Vietnam, including:
- Conferences and seminars organized by Vietnamese agencies and organizations with the participation or sponsorship of foreign entities;
- Conferences and seminars organized by foreign organizations.
