What are the objectives of the Program on Practicing Thrift and Combating Waste 2021 - 2025 of the Ministry of Information and Communications?

Based on Section 2, Chapter I of the Program on Practicing Thrift and Fighting Wastefulness for the period 2021 - 2025 (Issued together with Decision 1930/QD-BTTTT in 2021), stipulating the objectives of the program on practicing thrift and fighting wastefulness for the period 2021 - 2025 as follows:

Enhancing awareness and responsibility regarding practicing thrift and fighting wastefulness (hereinafter abbreviated as PTFW) for officials, public employees, and workers under the Ministry of Information and Communications in their professional duties.

Preventing, deterring, and eliminating wastage, contributing to enhancing the efficiency of resource utilization in terms of finance, assets, time, and human resources within agencies and units under the Ministry, thereby improving the management effectiveness in the sectors managed by the Ministry of Information and Communications.

Determining measures to be implemented to achieve the savings targets of the Ministry of Information and Communications for the period 2021 - 2025. Implementing synchronized solutions to enhance the efficiency of PTFW in all fields and ensure the objectives, requirements, and tasks set out are met.

Building an effective financial apparatus from the grassroots level, taking the grassroots as the foundation to accomplish the assigned tasks of the entire system. The management of economics, finance, and investment of the Ministry will be based on the principles of: Transparency; Compliance; Efficiency; Thrift; Safety.

Digital transformation, bringing the management of economics, finance, and investment of the Ministry and the Information and Communications sector to a new level based on the principles of transparency, compliance, efficiency, thrift, and safety.
