Timeframe and Implementation Plan for IT Service Contract Using State Budget Funds
The timeline and plan for implementing the contract for renting information technology services utilizing state budget funds are stipulated in Article 4 of Circular 23/2020/TT-BTTTT. To be specific:
- Timeline for contract implementation includes:
+ Service preparation period: Time taken by the service provider to construct, develop, and form the service; time for testing or trial operations; time for training and guidance on service usage (if any);
+ Service rental period: Calculated from the time of acceptance, handover of the service for use until the end of the service rental period;
+ Time for transfer, handover, and fulfillment of other obligations: Time for transferring information and data formed during the service provision process and the time for the service provider to complete other obligations and responsibilities as agreed in the service rental contract.
- Plan for implementing the service rental contract
The service provider is responsible for drafting a plan for implementing the service rental contract for the principal party renting the service to check and confirm. The content of the plan must include at least the following:
+ Procedures and timeline for tasks in each major phase of the service rental contract as stipulated in Clause 1 of this Article;
+ Milestones for completion, handover of primary tasks and products, and reports by the service provider according to the contract implementation progress.
