Receipt Time for Electronic Administrative Procedure Applications in the State Treasury领域
According to Article 10 of Circular 87/2021/TT-BTC (Effective from December 1, 2021) stipulating the time for receiving electronic administrative procedure dossiers as follows:
The Public Service Information Portal of the State Treasury automatically receives electronic administrative procedure dossiers as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 6 of this Circular; at the same time, it notifies agencies, organizations, and individuals about the reception time of the system via email.
State Treasury officials receive administrative procedure dossiers on the Public Service Information Portal of the State Treasury during working hours. For administrative procedure dossiers sent outside working hours or on holidays, and Tet (Lunar New Year), State Treasury officials will receive them on the next working day.
State Treasury officials notify agencies, organizations, and individuals of official reception or request for correction or supplementation of dossiers via the Public Service Information Portal of the State Treasury or via email no later than eight (8) working hours from the time the system receives the dossier. In case the administrative procedure dossier needs to be corrected or supplemented, the State Treasury official will return the dossier to the agency, organization, or individual, stating the reasons for correction or supplementation; at the same time, detailed guidance is provided via the Public Service Information Portal of the State Treasury for the agency, organization, or individual to supplement or complete.
The time when the agency, organization, or individual sends a complete administrative procedure dossier as prescribed and is accepted by the State Treasury transaction officer is the basis for calculating the time for resolving administrative procedures within the State Treasury sector and determining administrative violations in the State Treasury sector (if any).
