Based on Article 6 of Decree 75/2021/ND-CP on health rehabilitation nursing as follows:
Home-based health rehabilitation nursing: The rate is 0.9 times the standard rate per person per session and is directly paid to the beneficiary.
Centralized health rehabilitation nursing: The rate is 1.8 times the standard rate per person per session. The expenditure includes:
a) Meals during the nursing period;
b) Essential medicines;
c) Gifts for the beneficiary;
d) Other expenses directly serving the beneficiary during the nursing period (maximum 15% of the nursing expenditure for centralized health rehabilitation), including: face towels, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, sightseeing, photography, health counseling, functional rehabilitation, books, newspapers, cultural, artistic, and sports activities, and other expenses serving the nursing beneficiary.
Additionally, under Clause 1, Article 3 of Decree 75/2021/ND-CP, the standard preferential allowance rate is prescribed as follows:
The standard preferential allowance rate for people with meritorious services to the revolution is 1,624,000 VND (hereinafter referred to as the standard rate).
The benefit level for home-based health rehabilitation nursing is 0.9 times the standard rate per person per session, and for centralized health rehabilitation nursing is 1.8 times the standard rate per person per session according to the above regulations.
How much financial support is provided to individuals undergoing functional rehabilitation treatment following the provincial hospital's instruction?
Based on Article 7 of Decree 75/2021/ND-CP, which regulates support for assistive devices, orthopedic tools, and necessary functional rehabilitation equipment, as follows:
The support level for purchasing assistive devices, orthopedic tools, necessary functional rehabilitation equipment is specified in Appendix V issued with this Decree.
Support for travel expenses and meals for individuals when obtaining assistive devices, orthopedic tools (once per term) or undergoing functional rehabilitation treatment following the provincial hospital's instruction. The support rate is 5,000 VND per km per person calculated based on the distance from the residence to the nearest qualified medical facility providing orthopedic tools, with a maximum of 1,400,000 VND per person per term.
Thus, individuals undergoing functional rehabilitation treatment by the provincial hospital's instruction will receive support of 5,000 VND per km per person calculated based on the distance from the residence to the nearest qualified medical facility, with a maximum of 1,400,000 VND per person per term.
