Method for Determining the Cost of 1m³ of Clean Domestic Water as Prescribed in Article 7 of Circular 44/2021/TT-BTC. To be specific:
The cost of 1m³ of clean water is determined by the following formula:
Where:
GT: Cost of 1m³ of clean water (VND/m³);
CT: Total production and business costs of clean water (VND) determined according to the provisions of Article 5 of this Circular;
DTGt: Revenue for cost reduction calculation in the clean water pricing plan (if any) includes revenues other than clean water sales, related to the production and business activities of clean water, and determined by the contract (effective year) (VND);
SLTp: Commercial water output (m³) determined according to the provisions of Article 6 of this Circular;
