Method for Determining the Cost Estimates of Construction Project Management as Regulated
The method for determining the estimated project management cost for construction is stipulated in Clause 4, Article 9 of Circular 09/2019/TT-BXD. To be specific:
- Project management costs are determined on the basis of percentage (%) norms or by establishing an estimate appropriate to the project management organization form, scale, location, and project management duration issued by the Minister of Construction.
- The method for determining project management costs is conducted as guided by the Minister of Construction.
