Is F1 isolated at home eligible for meal support?

According to Clause 4 Article 27 Decision 23/2021/QD-TTg (as amended by Clause 15 Article 1 Decision 33/2021/QD-TTg) stipulating documents for meal allowance support as follows:

Documents for requesting support for F1 who completed quarantine at a quarantine facility before this Decision takes effect, F1 quarantining at home, and F0 being treated at home include:

- A document from the district or communal-level People's Committee or from the healthcare agency regarding medical quarantine at a quarantine facility, home quarantine, or home treatment.

- A certificate of completion of quarantine for F1 who completed quarantine at a quarantine facility before this Decision takes effect or home quarantine; a certificate of completion of home treatment or a certificate of the duration of home treatment for F0.

- A photocopy of one of the following documents: Birth certificate, birth registration, passport, identity card, citizen identification card, health insurance card, or disability certificate.

- A receipt, voucher, or receipt confirmation for meal fees at the quarantine facility for F1 who completed quarantine at a quarantine facility before this Decision takes effect.

Thus, as you are F1 quarantining at home from September 1, 2021, to September 15, 2021, according to the decision of the Ward People's Committee, you are eligible for meal allowance support.

Additionally, the deadline for submitting documents is no later than January 31, 2022. Therefore, please prepare the above-mentioned documents and submit them to the Ward People's Committee.
