How much is the reward for teachers receiving a certificate of merit from the Commune People's Committee?

Point d, Clause 1, Article 73 of Decree 91/2017/ND-CP stipulates the reward amounts for Certificates of Merit as follows:

Individuals awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of the People's Committee at the communal level will receive a reward equivalent to 0.15 times the statutory pay rate.

It can be observed that in the case of Ms., upon being awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of the People's Committee at the communal level, besides the certificate itself, she is entitled to a reward equivalent to 0.15 times the statutory pay rate.

Currently, according to Decree 38/2019/ND-CP, the statutory pay rate is 1,490,000 VND. Therefore, she will receive a reward amounting to 0.15 x 1,490,000 = 223,500 VND.
