Hourly Machine Rental Rates in Bomb and Mine Clearance Operations
Based on Section 5, Appendix 1 of Circular 122/2021/TT-BGP, the hourly machine rental rate is stipulated as follows:
- The hourly machine rental rate is the cost that the lessee pays to the lessor for the right to use the machine for a period calculated in machine hours (less than one shift) to complete a unit volume of bomb and mine clearance.
Also based on this legal basis, the hourly machine rental rate includes:
- The hourly machine rate encompasses fuel and energy costs; operator wages; depreciation costs, repair costs, and other costs calculated and allocated for one hour of work.
