Funding Sources of the Advisory Council under the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee
Article 3 of Circular 35/2018/TT-BTC prescribes the funding source for the Advisory Council under the Vietnam Fatherland Front as follows:
The operating funding source for the Advisory Council under the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Advisory Council under the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and the Advisory Board under the District Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front is ensured by the state budget according to the current state budget management decentralization, specifically:
- The funding to ensure the operation of the Advisory Council under the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front is guaranteed by the Central budget and is allocated in the annual budget estimates of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
- The funding to ensure the operation of the Advisory Council under the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; and the Advisory Board under the District Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front is guaranteed by the local budget and is allocated in the annual budget estimates of the Provincial and District Committees of the Vietnam Fatherland Front according to the current state budget management decentralization.
