Funding sources for promoting the study and adherence to the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh are stipulated in Article 2 of Circular 97/2018/TT-BTC, which provides guidance on the establishment, management, and use of funding for promoting the study and adherence to the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh, issued by the Minister of Finance. Specifically:

The funding for the task of studying and adhering to the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh is allocated from the annual budget estimates of Ministries, central agencies, and localities in accordance with the current state budget allocation and other lawful funding sources as prescribed by law.
