Basis for Determining Idle Machine Times in Unexploded Ordnance Clearance Work to be Paid
Based on the provisions in Section 4, Appendix 1 of Circular 122/2021/TT-BGP, the waiting cost of machines in the work of mine clearance is calculated as follows:
- The waiting cost of the machine is the machine cost of the types of machines that have been mobilized to the bomb and mine clearance construction site but have not yet operated, not due to the contractor's fault.
Also based on the aforementioned legal basis, the waiting cost of the machine is calculated as follows:
- The waiting cost of the machine includes depreciation cost (calculated at 50% of the depreciation cost), operator labor cost (calculated at 50% of operator labor cost), and other machine costs.
