Definition of Technology Incubators and Science and Technology Enterprise Incubators
The definition of a technology incubation facility and science and technology enterprise incubation facility is stipulated in Clause 14, Article 2 of the Law on Technology Transfer 2017, whereby:
A technology incubation facility and science and technology enterprise incubation facility is an establishment that provides the conditions as prescribed by law regarding technical infrastructure, resources, and necessary services to support the incubation of technology and the incubation of science and technology enterprises.
