Decoding Technology: What is it?
The definition of technology decoding is stipulated in Clause 16, Article 2 of the Law on Technology Transfer 2017, whereby:
Technology decoding is the process of discovering the principles of technology through researching, analyzing the structure, design, functions, and operations of a device, object, or system that requires decoding for the purposes of maintenance, exploitation, improvement, or creation of new devices, objects, or systems with equivalent features or meeting the requirements of national standards and technical regulations.
