Who is Appointed by the Court as a Guardian?

I have a question and would like to get it answered. Specifically, I would like to ask the Editorial Board: Who is appointed by the Court to be a guardian? Is there any legal document addressing this issue? I hope to receive a response soon. Thank you!

According to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 23 of the Civil Code 2015, the Court shall appoint a guardian and establish the rights and obligations of the guardian for:

An adult who, due to physical or mental conditions, is unable to perceive and control their behavior but has not yet reached the level of loss of civil act capacity, based on the request of this person, parties with related rights or interests, or relevant agencies or organizations, based on the conclusion of the forensic psychiatric evaluation, the Court shall issue a decision declaring this person as having difficulty in perception and control of behavior.

The above is the response regarding individuals for whom the Court appoints a guardian. You may refer to more information on this issue in the Civil Code 2015.

Sincerely!
