[1] For Vehicles Not Yet Registered

- Vehicle registration declaration
- Owner's papers
- Certificate of vehicle origin
- Certificate of legal ownership
- Documentation of financial obligation completion
- Decision confirming the auctioned license plate issued by the Traffic Police Department, still within the validity period; if the period has expired, an additional Decision to extend the registration period for the auctioned license plate issued by the Traffic Police Department is required.

[2] For Vehicles Already Registered Owned by Auction Winners

- Vehicle registration declaration
- Vehicle registration certificate and license plate
- Decision confirming the auctioned license plate issued by the Traffic Police Department, still within the validity period; if the period has expired, an additional decision to extend the registration period for the auctioned license plate issued by the Traffic Police Department is required

Article 37. Auctioning License Plates

1. License plates put up for auction are those for automobiles, motorcycles, and motorbikes as stipulated at point c and point d, clause 2, Article 36 of this law, which are publicly announced for organizations and individuals to select and register for auction participation. License plates not selected for auction by organizations or individuals are transferred to the vehicle registration and management system for registration in accordance with legal regulations.

Article 36. License Plates

1. License plates are issued by competent state authorities in accordance with Articles 37 and 39 of this law; they are affixed to road vehicles for state management as prescribed by this law.

a) Blue-background plates with white letters and numbers issued for vehicles of Communist Party, State, political-social organizations, public service providers;

b) Red-background plates with white letters and numbers issued for military vehicles;

d) White-background plates with black letters and numbers issued for vehicles of domestic organizations and individuals not subject to the provisions stipulated at points a, b, and c of this clause;
