According to Clause 6, Article 1 of Circular 30/2020/TT-BGTVT (effective from January 15, 2021), this content is regulated as follows:
- Transportation roads within airports include:
+ Internal transportation roads within the airport;
+ Internal transportation roads within the airport gateway.
- The airport operator is responsible for the construction, maintenance, and repair of internal transportation roads within the airport and internal transportation roads within the airport gateway.
- Transportation within the airport must comply with the airport operation documentation.
