Lookup License Plates of 63 Provinces and Cities Nationwide
After many mergers and separations of provinces, our country currently has a total of 63 provinces and centrally governed cities. Among them are 5 centrally governed cities: Hanoi City, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong City, Da Nang City, and Can Tho City; there are also 28 coastal provinces/cities and 12 island districts.
Corresponding to the 63 provinces and centrally governed cities are different motorcycle and car license plate symbols, which are specified in Appendix No. 02 issued along with Circular 24/2023/TT-BCA providing for vehicle registration by the Minister of Public Security.
