Sanctions against operators of bicycles, motorized bicycles (including electric bicycles), and operators of other rudimentary vehicles violating road traffic rules are not applicable to this conduct. At the same time, the current law only mandates that operators and passengers on motorized bicycles must wear helmets and fasten straps correctly when participating in traffic.
Therefore, operators of bicycles can choose whether to fasten or not. However, to ensure safety when participating in traffic, when you operate a bicycle, you may wear a helmet as necessary.
