According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, the Block D01 consists of a combination of three subjects: Math, Literature, and English. This is one of the most popular blocks used in university entrance exams.

Based on Subsection 7, Section 1 of Official Dispatch 1957/BGDDT-GDDH in 2024:
For candidates

- Registration and handling of aspirations:
a) From July 18 to 5:00 PM on July 30, 2024, candidates register, adjust, and supplement options without limit to the number of times:
- Candidates use the provided account to manage their information (input, view, edit) on the System;
- Registering options for fields/programs must be done online on the System or the national public service portal (guidance is posted on the System or the national public service portal);
- The aspirations of candidates registering for any fields/programs at all educational institutions are ranked in order, from 1 onwards (aspiration 1 is the highest aspiration); candidates must provide data (as per the criteria, conditions, and procedures specified in DATs of the educational institutions) corresponding to the fields/programs they have registered for selection by educational institutions (detailed registration steps are posted on the System when candidates access it for registration);
- All options of candidates for educational institutions are handled on the System, and each candidate will be selected for only one highest aspiration among the registered aspirations if eligible;
- Candidates who have completed early admission according to the educational institution's selection plan, if conditionally admitted (except for the high school graduation condition), must continue to register options on the System to be considered as per the regulations.
Thus, candidates begin to adjust and supplement their high school graduation exam aspirations for 2024 from July 18, 2024, until 5:00 PM on July 30, 2024.

Under what circumstances is a higher education institution in Vietnam suspended from training activities?
According to Article 25 of the Law on Higher Education 2012, the suspension of training activities of a higher education institution is regulated as follows:
Suspension of training activities of higher education institutions
- A higher education institution is suspended from training activities in the following cases:
a) Engages in fraudulent activities to be established or permitted to establish, or permitted to operate training activities;
b) Fails to meet one of the conditions specified in Clause 1, Article 23 of this Law;
c) Is authorized to conduct training activities without proper authority;
d) Violates educational regulations and is administratively sanctioned to the extent that suspension is required;
dd) Other cases as prescribed by law.
The decision to suspend training activities must specify the reason for suspension, duration of suspension, and measures to ensure the legal interests of lecturers, employees, and learners. The decision must be publicly announced in the mass media.
After the suspension period, if the reasons leading to the suspension are remedied, the authority that decided on the suspension shall issue a decision to allow the continuation of training activities.
A higher education institution is suspended from training activities if it falls into one of the following cases:
- Engages in fraudulent activities to be established or permitted to establish, or permitted to operate training activities
- Fails to ensure one of the following conditions to be permitted training activities:
+ Has a decision establishing or permitting the establishment of the higher education institution
+ Has land, facilities, equipment, student dormitory, and infrastructure to serve physical education that meets training activity requirements; the construction site ensures an academic environment, safety for learners, educators, and employees as per the committed project
+ Has training programs and teaching materials as per regulations
+ Has a team of full-time lecturers and managers meeting professional and skill standards, sufficient in number, and homogeneous in structure
+ Has sufficient financial resources as per regulations to ensure the maintenance and development of the higher education institution's activities
+ Has regulations on the organization and operation of the higher education institution.
- Is authorized to conduct training activities without proper authority
- Violates educational regulations and is administratively sanctioned to the extent that suspension is required
- Other cases as prescribed by law.
