Standards for the Restrooms of High School Teachers

Section 1(d), Article 18 - Standards for Facilities of Kindergarten, Primary, Lower Secondary, Upper Secondary Schools, and Multi-Level Schools issued together with Circular 13/2020/TT-BGDDT (effective from July 11, 2020) stipulates the standards for the sanitation area for teachers of upper secondary schools as follows:

Sanitation area for teachers, staff, and employees: arranged according to functional room blocks, with separate male and female restrooms; the number of devices: for males, 01 urinal per 15 people, 01 toilet per 20 people, 01 handwashing sink per 04 toilets but no fewer than 01; for females, 01 toilet per 15 people, 01 handwashing sink per 02 toilets but no fewer than 01. In cases where a separate sanitation area is required, it should be placed in a convenient location for use without affecting the environment.
