Gửi loài người thân yêu,
Ta là Đại Dương – nơi bao la rộng lớn bao phủ hơn 70% bề mặt Trái Đất, cũng là ngôi nhà của hàng triệu sinh vật kỳ diệu và nguồn sống của các ngươi. Hôm nay, ta muốn gửi đến các ngươi một bức thư, không phải để trách móc mà để tâm sự, chia sẻ và hy vọng rằng các ngươi sẽ hiểu và bảo vệ ta tốt hơn.
Có lẽ các ngươi chưa biết, ta đã tồn tại hàng tỷ năm, nuôi dưỡng sự sống đầu tiên trên hành tinh này. Ta cung cấp oxy, điều hòa khí hậu và đem đến nguồn thức ăn dồi dào cho các ngươi. Mỗi con sóng vỗ bờ đều mang trong mình câu chuyện của thời gian, của sự sống, và của chính các ngươi.
Nhưng thời gian trôi qua, ta ngày càng kiệt quệ. Các ngươi đã vô tình làm tổn thương ta bằng hàng triệu tấn rác thải nhựa, hóa chất độc hại và tiếng ồn từ các tàu thuyền. Ta đau đớn khi thấy những chú cá voi mắc kẹt trong lưới nhựa, những rạn san hô mất màu vì ô nhiễm, và những loài sinh vật biển phải gào thét trong im lặng vì mất đi môi trường sống.
Loài người thân yêu,
Nếu ta không còn xanh thẳm và đầy sức sống, thì tương lai của các ngươi cũng sẽ trở nên ảm đạm. Ta không muốn điều đó xảy ra, bởi ta yêu các ngươi – những đứa con đã lớn lên bên bờ biển, đã vui đùa với sóng nước và mơ về những chân trời xa xôi.
Để bảo vệ ta và bảo vệ chính mình, các ngươi hãy:
Giảm thiểu rác thải nhựa: Hãy ngừng sử dụng các sản phẩm nhựa dùng một lần và thay thế bằng các vật liệu thân thiện với môi trường.
Sử dụng tài nguyên biển bền vững: Đừng khai thác quá mức hải sản và tài nguyên khoáng sản. Hãy cho ta thời gian để tái tạo và phục hồi.
Bảo vệ hệ sinh thái biển: Thành lập các khu bảo tồn biển và ngừng việc đánh bắt bừa bãi để các loài sinh vật biển được sống an lành.
Nâng cao ý thức cộng đồng: Hãy giáo dục cho trẻ em – thế hệ tương lai – biết yêu quý và bảo vệ ta ngay từ khi còn nhỏ.

What are the educational content requirements for lower secondary school in Vietnam?
Based on Article 30 of the Education Law 2019 defining the requirements for general education content and methods:
Article 30. Requirements on Content and Methods for General Education
- The general education content must ensure generality, fundamentality, comprehensiveness, vocational orientation, and systematic; it must be connected to practical life, suitable to the psychological age of students, and meet the educational goals of each educational stage.
- The content requirements for general education at different educational stages are as follows:
a) Primary education must ensure students a holistic foundation development in physical, emotional, and social skills; simple and necessary understanding of nature, society, and humanity; social moral awareness; basic skills in listening, speaking, reading, writing, and mathematics; habits of physical training, maintaining hygiene; initial understanding of singing, dancing, music, and fine arts;
b) Lower secondary education consolidates and develops what is learned in primary education, ensuring students obtain basic general knowledge of Vietnamese, mathematics, national history; other knowledge in social sciences, natural sciences, law, information technology, foreign languages; have minimum necessary practical knowledge about technology and vocational orientation;
c) Upper secondary education consolidates and develops what is learned in lower secondary education, completing the contents of general education; assures basic comprehensive and vocational general knowledge, with enhanced content in some subjects to develop capacity, meet students’ aspirations.
