Maximum Area of Medical Stations in Educational Facilities
Section 12 Article 5 of Circular 03/2020/TT-BGDDT stipulates the determination of the medical station area for non-business projects in the field of education and training. To be specific:
Medical Station: The total dedicated area of the Medical Station shall not exceed 300m2, including: Head of station’s office and doctors on duty; Examination room; Injection and procedure room; Medical records and drug dispensing room; Medicine and equipment storage; Patient room; Patient dining room.
Therefore, the maximum area of the medical station for non-business projects in the field of education and training shall not exceed 300m2 according to the latest regulations.
