Can a student with a cumulative GPA of 1.9 be considered for graduation?

- Must have a certificate of national defense and security education for non-military-specialized programs, and must complete the physical education component for non-sports-specialized programs;
- The student must submit a request to the Training Office for graduation consideration in cases of qualifying for early or delayed graduation compared to the scheduled course duration.
Based on the information you provided, you completed your College program with a GPA of 1.9. Therefore, you do not meet the conditions for graduation as stipulated.
