What responsibilities does the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor hold in organizing the selection of the Outstanding Enterprises Award for Workers?

Regarding the organization of the Selection for the Business Award for Outstanding Enterprises for Employees, I would like to know the responsibilities of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in the implementation of this award? Kindly request the editorial board to assist.

According to Clause 1, Article 12 of the Regulations on selection and awarding of the Outstanding Enterprise for Employees Award, issued together with Decision 1717/QD-TLD in 2019, the responsibilities of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor are as follows:

- Preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry to issue administrative documents related to the selection process and organize the Award Ceremony.

- Preside over and cooperate with the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry to introduce and appoint personnel to participate in the Organizing Committee, Selection Council, and Support Team.

- Preside over and cooperate with the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry to effectively implement these Regulations.
