The application of a consultant for participation in network of consultants and consultancies assissting small and medium-sized enterprised in agriculture and rural development sector in Vietnam
Pursuant to Subsection II.1, Section C of the Appendix on criteria for recognition of consultants and consultancies within network of consultants and consultancies assisting small and medium-sized enterprises in agriculture and rural development sector issued together with the Decision 58/QD-BNN-QLND in 2022 stipulating the application of a consultant for participation in network of consultants and consultancies assissting small and medium-sized enterprised in agriculture and rural development sector in Vietnam as follows:
- An application form for participation in the consultant network (Form No. 01).
- A résumé containing details on qualifications, experience, skills, etc., which is prepared according to the criteria set forth in clause 1 of Section C.
- Legitimate copies (in the last 06 months) of documents, certificates, etc. relating to the information provided (Presented together with their originals for comparison).
- A declaration of competence and experience in consulting (Table No. 01).
The application of a consultancy for participation in network of consultants and consultancies assissting small and medium-sized enterprised in agriculture and rural development sector in Vietnam
Pursuant to Subsection II.2, Section C of the Appendix on criteria for recognition of consultants and consultancies within network of consultants and consultancies assisting small and medium-sized enterprises in agriculture and rural development sector issued together with the Decision 58/QD-BNN-QLND in 2022 stipulating the application of a consultancy for participation in network of consultants and consultancies assissting small and medium-sized enterprised in agriculture and rural development sector in Vietnam as follows:
- An application form for participation in the consultant network (Form No. 02).
- A company profile, which is prepared made according to the criteria specified in clause 2 of Section C.
- Legitimate copies (in the last 06 months) of establishment and operation license or decision; documents, certificates, etc. relating to the information provided.
- A declaration of competence and experience in consulting (Table No. 02).
