Pursuant to Article 3 of the Charter of Organization and Operation of VINAPACO issued together with the Decision 2760/QĐ-BCT in 2022 stipulating legal form and legal status of VINAPACO in Vietnam as follows:

1. VINAPACO is a single-member limited liability company with 100% charter capital held by the State, operating under the model of parent company - subsidiary company, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Enterprises, the Law on Management , using state capital to invest in production and business at the enterprise, relevant provisions of law and this Charter.

2. VINAPACO has:

a) Legal status, own seal, can open accounts in Vietnam Dong and foreign currencies at the State Treasury, domestic and foreign banks in accordance with relevant laws and this Charter. ;

b) Own capital and assets, be responsible for debts and other financial obligations with all their assets; take civil responsibility and exercise the rights and obligations of the owner towards subsidiaries and affiliated companies within the amount of capital invested by VINAPACO;

c) The right to own, use and dispose of VINAPACO's own name, brand, and symbol in accordance with the law.

As regualtions above, VINAPACO has:
