When registering for defense, is it necessary for lawyers to present their practicing certificates?

In a criminal case, if the defendant has invited a lawyer to defend them, does the lawyer need to present their legal practice certificate when registering to defend?

Based on Point a, Clause 2, Article 78 of the Criminal Procedure Code 2015, the regulations are as follows:

When registering for a defense, the defense counsel must present the following documents:

The lawyer must present a Lawyer's Card along with a certified copy and a request for a lawyer from the accused person or their representative, or a relative of the accused person;

Therefore, when registering for defense, the lawyer is not required to present a lawyer's practice certificate; instead, the aforementioned documents are to be presented.

Respectfully!
