Revocation of Lawyer's Practice Certificate Also Leads to Revocation of Asset Management Practice Certificate?
When a lawyer's practicing certificate is revoked, they are no longer considered a lawyer. According to Article 12 of the Bankruptcy Law 2014, regarding the conditions for practicing as a Trustee, a lawyer is one of the individuals who can be issued a practicing certificate as a Trustee and practice in this field.
When a lawyer's practicing certificate is revoked (no longer a lawyer), the conditions for being issued a practicing certificate as a Trustee are no longer met.
Furthermore, Point c, Clause 1, Article 15 of this Law also stipulates: Persons who have been issued a practicing certificate as a Trustee but fall into one of the following cases will have their practicing certificate as a Trustee revoked:
...
c) Having their practicing certificate as a lawyer or auditor revoked;
Thus, when a lawyer's practicing certificate is revoked, their practicing certificate as a Trustee will also be revoked.
Sincerely!
