Responsibilities of the Judicial Academy in Organizing and Implementing Notarial Professional Training

According to Clause 1, Article 13 of Circular 01/2021/TT-BTP stipulating the organization for professional training, it includes:

- Notary associations;

- Vietnam Notary Association;

- Judicial Academy.

And under Article 16 of this Circular, when organizing the implementation of professional training, the Judicial Academy has the following responsibilities:

- To formulate and announce the professional training plan of their organization before January 30 each year;

- To prepare the content, program, other necessary conditions, and organize professional training according to the announced plan;

- To issue certificates of participation in notary professional training (Form TP-CC-11);

- To collect, manage, and use the fees for professional training implementation as prescribed by law;

- To compile and post on the organization's website the list of notaries who have participated in professional training at their organization annually.
