The legal representative of the Notary Office is the Head of the Office. The Head of the Notary Office must be an equity notary of the Notary Office and have been practicing notarization for 2 years or more.
=> Therefore, according to the above regulation, in order to be the Head of the Notary Office, one must be an equity notary and have a practicing period of 2 years or more.
