Can employees working under contract 68 register for a notary profession internship?
Based on Point b, Clause 2, Article 2 of Circular 04/2015/TT-BTP stipulating that individuals in one of the following cases shall not be allowed to register for apprenticeship:
Individuals who are currently officials and public employees (except public employees working at Notary Offices), officers, professional soldiers, and defense workers in agencies or units under the Vietnam People's Army; officers, non-commissioned officers, and workers in agencies or units under the Vietnam People's Public Security.
Therefore, for public employees working in agencies under Contract 68 as you mentioned, they are currently not eligible to register for apprenticeship.
