According to Clause 1, Article 13 of Circular 01/2021/TT-BTP, the regulations on the organization of professional training are as follows:
- The organization of professional training includes:
a) Notary Association;
b) Vietnam Notary Association;
c) Judicial Academy.
Therefore, besides the Judicial Academy, the Notary Association and the Vietnam Notary Association can also conduct annual notarial professional training.
